Before any work is done or any changes are made, she made sure to confirm with my husband and I first. We were (and still are) very budget cautious and Nicole made sure she stayed within our budget. Lastly, the men and women that worked on our house were not just talented but were so friendly and trustworthy. I am very cautious who I let in my home and I had no problem leaving her team my key to come and go when they needed too.
